Refund Policy
At VetChoices, we stand behind the quality of our veterinarian-formulated pet supplements.
Because our Products are perishable and regulated as dietary supplements, we offer a straightforward 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened, unused items.
Eligibility
• Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
• Opened or partially used Products are not eligible for refund due to health and safety regulations.
How to Request a Refund
1. Contact our customer support team via the site’s contact form or email before shipping anything back.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective).
4.Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Defective or damaged Products received in error will be replaced or fully refunded at our discretion.
Exclusions

Shipping Policy
VetChoices ships Products within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) from our facilities in the U.S. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EDT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• Standard Shipping (most orders): 3–7 business days after processing via USPS or UPS.
• Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
• Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a minimum threshold (displayed at checkout).
Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Address

Order Issues
